What kind of photo works best?+

Any clear phone photo works. Good lighting and a full view of your pet’s face or body give the best result. We clean up and cut out the background for you.

Will it really look like my pet?+

Yes. We print your pet’s real photo and (for shaped items) cut it to their exact silhouette. If anything looks off, we’ll make it right — every order is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee.

How long does shipping take?+

Everything is made to order and ships within 3–7 days, with free US shipping. Order a couple of weeks ahead for holidays and special dates.
